APPLICATION OF COMPOSITE ROBOTS IN THE SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY
As a national strategic emerging industry, semiconductors will become a new locomotive of economic growth. Strategic emerging industries such as the semiconductor industry are based on major technological breakthroughs and development needs, and have a major leading role in the overall economic and social development and long-term development. After the increase of state investment and the support of policy measures in recent years, strategic emerging industries have initially consolidated the foundation for development and will gradually form a new core competitiveness.
Chip packaging workshop of the three process of filming, bonding line and plastic sealing of material distribution. It includes the distribution of chip clip boxes, silver paste, bonding wire, plastic sealing materials and other materials. The workshop is a dust-free car, there are many machines, it is very difficult to find the position of the machine when manual distribution, and it is often the case that the wrong machine will be turned back and then sent to the correct machine. The workers in the dust-free workshop wear dust-free clothes, and the work intensity is high and the efficiency is low.
To summarize the following points:
1. Dust-free workshop, equipment machines, generally more than hundreds of equipment need to be fed, the channel is narrow;
2. There are many machines in the workshop, which needs to achieve accurate distribution and zero tolerance for delivery errors;
3. Do the withdrawal prompt at the batching storage position to prevent manual retrieval errors;
4. There are more dangling protruding objects in the workshop, which need to avoid collisions;
5. After bonding, the material needs to be stabilized;
ADVANTAGES OF THE PROGRAM
INCREASE CAPACITY AND EFFICIENCY
Replace material delivery personnel with day and night shifts
Material distribution accuracy increased to 99%
The system manages the material location in real time
The project is a distribution plan for the wafer workshop of a semiconductor company in Singapore, where the wafers are placed in a wafer box and distributed to various machines for processing according to the process flow. Associated with the MES system, the material distribution request is sent through the MES, and the call AGV is used to carry the wafer box to the corresponding machine, in order to alleviate the processing bottleneck and realize dynamic intelligent distribution.
